Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling should be as easy as subscribing. This page says how to stop paying, when money comes back, and what happens to your records afterwards. No retention scripts, no hoops to jump through.

01

The trial ends by itself

Every new account gets 50 days of Plus without a card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends: the account simply moves to the Free plan.

That means you can decide after using the product, not before. If the trial ended and you never paid, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

02

How to cancel

Cancel in the application, in the plan settings, at any time. It takes one action and no conversation with anyone.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for — a month or a year — and only then drops to Free.

You may re-subscribe later; your data is waiting where you left it, within the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot reach the setting for any reason, write to [support email] and we will cancel it for you. A cancellation request by email counts from the day you sent it.

03

When we refund

Within 14 days of a first payment for a plan: full refund, no questions about your reasons. Write to [support email] and we return the money.

Yearly plans after 14 days: we refund the unused whole months, minus the months already used at the monthly price of that plan. That is fair to both sides — a year costs the same as ten months, so the discount is settled honestly rather than pocketed.

Monthly plans after 14 days: the current month is not refunded, and the subscription ends at the end of it.

If the service was unavailable for a long stretch through our fault, we refund that time regardless of these windows. You do not need to prove anything: our own monitoring shows the outage.

Double charges, charges after cancellation and other billing mistakes are returned in full, always, as soon as we see them.

Where the consumer law of your country gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal, that law wins over this page and we will follow it.

04

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the same card or account the payment came from — that is a rule of the payment system, not our preference.

We start the refund within 5 business days of agreeing to it. How fast it lands depends on your bank: usually 3 to 10 business days.

Refunds are made in the original currency of the payment. If your bank converts it, exchange differences are on their side and we cannot compensate them.

05

What happens to your data

Cancelling a plan does not delete anything. The account moves to Free and keeps your projects, subject to the Free plan limits.

If your data exceeds the Free limits, nothing is destroyed: the excess becomes read-only and exportable, so you can take it with you or come back to a paid plan.

Export works on every plan, including Free. Take your data whenever you like — it is yours.

Deleting the account is a separate, deliberate action, and it does delete everything. Retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.

06

Enterprise and custom terms

Enterprise agreements can set their own cancellation notice and refund rules. Where a signed agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.

For invoices, purchase orders and other paperwork, write to [billing email].

07

If something went wrong

Write to [support email] with the date and amount of the payment, or the invoice number if you have one. That is enough for us to find it.

We answer refund requests within 3 business days and never let one sit in silence.

If you disagree with our answer, tell us why before starting a chargeback with your bank: a chargeback freezes the account for the length of the dispute, and resolving it directly is faster for everyone.

Need to cancel, or think a charge is wrong? Write to us — refunds are handled by a person, not a queue.
